Return & Refund Policy — P&L Art (PU AND LINS LLC)

1. Return window

Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 15 calendar days after the carrier marks the order delivered.

2. Custom items are final sale

Personalized and made-to-order items, including photo-to-canvas prints, custom sizes and custom framing, cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. If a custom item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, see Section 5.

3. Condition

Returns must be unused, in original condition and in the original packaging, with all parts included.

4. How to start a return

Email info@plartprint.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return and photos. Please do not ship anything back until we confirm your return and send instructions.

5. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Email info@plartprint.com within 7 days after delivery with your order number and photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label. After review, we will replace the item or issue a refund. When the problem is our error, we pay the return shipping, or we may send a replacement without asking you to return the item.

6. Return shipping

For standard returns of eligible non-custom items, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges (including the $8.99 rate to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam) are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.

7. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

8. Equipment and ink

Printers and equipment are not returnable. If equipment arrives damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days after delivery and we will repair, replace or refund it at our cost.

Ink and ink cartridges can be returned only if unopened and still sealed. Opened ink cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

9. Canada orders

Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees on Canadian orders are the customer's responsibility and are not refunded by P&L Art.
